I see this question as the most important one for our networks to succeed. This is also the question, that Lars-Henrik mentioned during his presentation.
In my view, the answer to this question should become clear and transparent for us at the end of the internship. This question also describes what will be our focus during the 7 coming weeks. To be honest, I can not wait to take on the research and idea generation with my teammates. Even now, in the middle of the night, I feel passionate about the coming amazing day and this is not because of my birthday, though. It is because of our open and trustful relationships within a team and the way Per and Karin care about our relationships and the process itself.
I am looking forward to face new challenges as a part of this team and I hope that the coming week would bring us these challenges that we will for sure overcome.

ReplyDeleteHey Ilya, good point! In my opinion it is as well the most important question to succeed. Also I think that we (together) have the opportunity and chance to answer that question ourselves. How do we (together) feel that we should start this talent network up? What do we need and how can we help each other achieve that. If we stick together and keep it up I have good faith that we will find out!
