Good morning group!
I just wanted to share a quick extraction on what I feel that I have been learning throughout last week. The thing that I value the most is the group chemistry and I have learned that together we are most certainly a highly equitable team and that there is so much more I can learn from each individual.
From a didactic perspective I have learned to understand the complexity of our project and the subjectivity of some indispensable concepts such as "top talent."
Lastly, from a goal orientated perspective, this week has significantly engaged me and - in line with the above-mentioned - provoked me to ask better questions. In this phase I feel that we are exponentially increasing the amount of questions we have but while doing so also their relevance. We are on the verge of taking some important first steps and, in order to do so properly and effectively, we have to ask questions that contribute to the execution of our project and I feel that I have found a much better way to synthesise mine.

Hey dutch man! Very interesting to see that the process of using a different approach (than the usual business approach) made you adapt yourself in a way of synthesise better your questions and thoughts. Hope to learn more about it!
