Every day during the week we asked ourselves a single
question: how do you feel? My answers were: great, excited, motivated!
Excitement about
the process
The excitement about the new culture and new group of
people were very quickly replaced by excitement about the work and the idea
that our final goal of creating the top-talents network is totally possible,
and not only possible but can be realized by us. The meeting with Lars proved
to me that when you really believe in what you are doing everything is
possible.
Excitement about
the people
For me personally all excitement about the work could
become zero if I need to work with people who are not on the same page with me.
That is why I appreciate so much all Nova interns. We all are so different in
the way we were educated and grew up, but we are almost the same if to compare
values we share. I already feel that one of the biggest part of my learning
process will be learning from you guys, cause you all definitely are top-
talents.
To sum up, I am really excited and I hope this positive
thinking and drive will bring us outstanding results.
