G'Afternoon team,
This week was a weak of hard work and deadlines and I feel that we have done quite well in pushing ourselves to achieve great results. Unfortunately by the end of the week we found out that we had derailed slightly in our work and were running in a direction not entirely just. I feel that a bit more coordination on this would serve the bigger purpose of achieving efficiency.
Other than that I really like that we get so much freedom to define and create this thing ourselves. To make this "toolbox" the output of our combined personalities, cultures and skills. I feel empowered to shy away entirely from what Nova has been but also, if we please, to stay on the exact path that has been walked before.

I share the same feelings, this balance that must occur between direction and freedom is very important for the entire project.
ReplyDeleteI agree that some direction would be appreciated, but maybe there is some method to this "madness (the chaos and disorder)". :)
