Hi all,
I have good faith that last week's processes have got some cerebral gears grinding and some noses pointed in the right direction. As an individual I feel a strong desire to hit the ground running and feel that productivity is measured by numbers. That being said, as part of a group, I strongly believe that momentum is of quintessential relevance and - in order to create this momentum - we have been through some useful processes which will hopefully increase the velocity and quality with which we will shape this expansion plan.
Moreover, in my opinion, these processes have contributed to a bit of a group feel and some shared experiences. Some reflections of these are the amount of times people say "proces" or "facilitate (me)." I for one am looking forward to more shared experiences and I hope you are too.
