Week 1: Storytelling

Honestly, I'm still ambivalent as to how a process-based approach will help us reach our goals as it's so different from how I've done things before. My reservations are whether such a process would be able to cut across cultural lines, but maybe that is part of the challenge: to design and test one that is able to do so.

What I thought worked best for the first week was to have Lars-Henrik come in to give us a talk on Universum and Nova. It is hard for anyone of us, I think, to not buy in to his vision for the brand after that speech.

Another thing that I felt was really effective were the business visits to the different startups both former (Spotify and Google), current (Wrapp, Tink and Spontano), and a major holdings company like Schibsted. These gave us some insights into different companies (in terms of size and structure) and different industries.

For now, bring on Week 2: Community!
