About the process. Lets get started!
At the
beginning the only word I could have used to describe the whole learning
process would be chaos. Chaos in understanding what we are going to do and why,
how are our personal values influence the whole process and what is indeed our
final goal.
Closer to
the middle of the week I actually got the whole point of the idea working in
the space between chaos and order, because that is where the magic happens.
Right now that is what is important for me- to explore and to discover, to come
up with all the how and what by ourselves, constantly asking just one question,
which is why!
My new
rules for the whole learning process:
- - Ask yourself right questions
- - Ask as many whys as possible
- - Trust the process
- - Don’t try to invade Germany
- - Never be afraid of failure
- - Have a lot of Fika – sharing ideas with right people can bring great results
To sum
up, I would like to say, that this was a great week that shaped my vision of
the internship and I think right now I am one step closer to understand how we
are going to do it!
As you see, I'm super positive and motivated,

Great summary of the key learnings Inna! Asking "why" is key. I agree that we really are in that sweet spot of chaos and order. Can't wait to ride the wave from chaos to order with you and the others over the next 7 weeks! :)

Maybe we can print it out and stick it up on the board behind you to remind us on some of these key points, especially the one about Germany and how, even though they are in Europe, are still culturally different (and they won the World Cup!!!).
