Good evening guys,
I'm just on the sofa listening to some good music and it is impossible form me not to think about these 40 days we spent together...oh no they are actually only 4 :)
I think we had an amazing kick-off. From the deep chaos we are moving toward the light.
I am grateful to be part of this ambitious project where from the disorder we will be able to carve out a well defined path of actions. I am excited of having the chance and the freedom of putting the hands on such a great business and doing it without constraints; being able to actually have an impact on NOVA's future. Honestly this disorder quite excites me.
Sometimes to highlight the strengths of Nova I just think about us. Can you imagine, just for a minute, if all of us would have met during a simple event of Nova ? If, even without a start-up manager program, other people will have the chance of feeling what we are feeling ?
For me 1 day was enough to emphatically connect with all of you and understanding that I would have loved to know more about you, to have a "FIKA" or just an espresso. When I start reasoning in this way I understand why NOVA has a potential, give to all the people out there the chance of building network of unique people and exclusively quality....It is a dream :)
In conclusion, I thank you all to have contributed to this amazing kick-off week (which is not finished yet luckily) and I thank you Per and Karin and all the people who made this possible.

I remember we talking about this. Indeed a very interesting perception. I think that if we can "define" that common thing in a few characteristics (or something like that) every event or activity developed for Novas would create the opportunity for this kind of connection and we would be achieving our purpose. Let's see how the next week will influence this...
ReplyDeleteI really like our idea about the connection, for me it is always very interesting the idea of connecting people and i mean, how and what circumstances made this people connect. In this perspective network is a great tool and as you said the exclusivity can have a great impact on bringing right and interesting people together
